I’m Summer. A Virginia native, I like tradition and I value hospitality. I moved to Southern California in 2002 and have since enjoyed the laid back, free-thinking vibe. Oh, and the weather’s pretty good too. I like to make things and I get a little edgy when I go too long without creating something. I genuinely like my husband and I’m grateful to have married my hero. I want to encourage and empower others to tap into their creative well and add domestic touches where time and interest permit.

I’m Matt. I grew up in Montana and consequently need plenty of time to enjoy nature. I occasionally indulge in fly-fishing excursions. I moved to San Diego in 2000 and do a lot of surfing and hiking here. I’m an Environmental Scientist by profession and when I’m not working, you can probably find me out in the garden or reading the paper in a big leather man chair.
